Campbell-Kearns
Full-Stack Technology Partner
I partner with founders, teams, and organizations to scope, build, and ship production web applications — taking full ownership of architecture, delivery, and quality from first conversation to deployed product.
The most technically correct solution is worth little if it doesn't match how people actually work. I approach every engagement by understanding the end user first — their goals, their mental model, where they lose trust in a system — and let that understanding drive the architecture. That discipline is what separates software that gets adopted from software that gets worked around.
In practice this means I spend real time on requirements and workflow before touching the implementation, I push back on feature scope that adds complexity without adding clarity, and I hold the user's experience — not just code quality — as the measure of a successful delivery.

2024 – 2025
Sr. Software Engineer
Climate Risk Financial Platform
Architected the enterprise UI used by financial institutions and government agencies to assess climate-driven financial risk. Built interactive data visualizations and geospatial displays integrating physics-based climate model outputs. Introduced end-to-end test automation that eliminated 8 hours of weekly manual QA, and built a content management system enabling the product team to iterate customer-facing demos independently of engineering.
